This project was constructed inside of the historic Sutherland Mill that was built in 1886. While maintaining the integrity of the existing structure, our team was able to integrate new energy efficient LED lighting and controls through the facility to highlight the existing mill character. The office includes 15 exam rooms and support spaces for 5 physicians, CT Imaging, an allergy clinic, and an audiology clinic.
