This 10,000 square foot medical office building consists of new physician offices, exam rooms, a state-of-the-art lab and optical center, and an ambulatory surgical center, which contains an operation suite, a recovery room, step down lounge, office and reception areas. The building electrical system consists of energy-efficient lighting, centralized lighting controls, and an emergency back-up system.
